When does the exhibition start and end?

The exhibition will be held from October 15th (Tuesday) to October 18th (Friday), 2024.

What are the opening hours?

It is from 10:00 to 17:00.

Is there a premium time for JMS2024?

There is no premium time. You can enter from 10:00 on Tuesday, October 15th. Please note that during premium time (Tuesday, October 15th, 10:00-12:00), only the invited guests and the press will be allowed to enter CEATEC2024.

Until what time can I enter?

You can enter until 16:50. (Closing at 17:00)

In addition to the above, special express buses will be operated from Makuhari Messe to YCAT (Yokohama) and Tokyo Station every day during the exhibition period.

Is there a parking lot?

Please note that the roads and parking lots surrounding the venue are expected to be crowded during the exhibition. We recommend using public transportation.

Is there a bicycle parking lot?

The parking lot at Makuhari Messe has parking spaces for motorcycles. However, mopeds (50cc or less) cannot be parked, so please use the bicycle parking lot. Click here for more information.

Do I need a ticket?

Admission is free. Please note that you must pre-register online to enter. Please register and receive your admission ticket before visiting. Pre-registration

Can I re-enter?

With your admission pass, you can enter as many times as you like throughout the exhibition period.

If I want to visit the venue for multiple days, do I need to pre-register for each visit?

No need, it will be valid for 4 days during the exhibition period.

Can the general public and students under the age of 18 register and enter even for business events?

The general public and those under the age of 18 are welcome to enter, but as all visitors must be registered, one email address per person is required when pre-registering. However, registration is not required for elementary school students and younger and only if accompanied by a guardian.

Group admission

There is no group registration. Please register each person attending.

I have "pre-registered for attendance" from the CEATEC2024 website, but do I need to "pre-registered for attendance" for JMS2024 as well?

You can enter either venue, so there is no need to register.

If I want to cancel after pre-registering my visit, do I need to go through any procedures?

No procedures or contact required.

I did not receive the membership registration/admission pass email.

Possible causes are as follows.
・The email provider's function misidentifies it as spam and sends it to the spam folder.
・There is an error in the email address entered during membership registration.
・The mailbox is full.
・Restricting email reception (domain-specific reception) to prevent spam email.
*Please allow reception of "@reg.jesa.or.jp".

I forgot the password for the visitor pre-registration site I registered for.

Is it possible to participate on the day without pre-registering?

A registration counter will be set up at the entrance of the venue, so you can register yourself on the day. Registration will begin at 9:30, but registration on the day is expected to be crowded, so please complete your registration in advance. (Doors open at 10:00) You can also pre-register your visit from your smartphone. An admission pass will be issued when you present the registration completion screen at the admission ticket issuing counter.

Do I need to print out my admission pass and bring it with me?

Please print your own admission ticket and bring it with you. Please insert your admission ticket into the holder distributed on the day and enter.
Please note that admission tickets can be issued on the day of the event at the venue, but we expect it to be crowded, so please print it out in advance and bring it with you.

Can I pre-register for multiple attendees using one name or email address?

As all visitors are required to register, one email address is required for each person. It is not possible to register multiple people using the same email address, so please register using individual email addresses.

To change the registered information.

Please log in to the visitor pre-registration site and select "Profile Settings" from the "Settings" button on "My Page". You can change your registration information. Pre-visit registration

To resend the admission ticket.

You can re-download your admission pass by logging into the visitor pre-registration site and clicking on 'Display admission pass' on the right side of the event name on the profile tab of 'My Page'. Pre-visit registration

To register as a press.

For interviews during the exhibition period, please register as a press at the press registration counter located at the central entrance of Makuhari Messe. Advance registration is not required. On the day of the event, we will take two business cards and issue you with a press pass for interviews on the spot.

Is there a baggage check?

Your baggage may be inspected upon entry. In order to ensure the safety of all visitors, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

To take photos and video at the venue.

Photography is not permitted in "No Photography" areas or locations/products marked with a "No Photography" mark. When photographing exhibitors or other visitors, please obtain prior consent or use mosaic processing, etc. Shooting, posting on SNS, and live streaming are possible as long as you follow the above rules and etiquette. Please note that the organizer cannot be held responsible for any troubles caused by filming or posting.
